Travel Plan

Travel to our School

If you have to drive to our school then the preference is that all parents and visitors, where possible, should park at one of the park and stride locations, see the map below.

Hambledon Primary School works closely with children, parents, villagers and the local authority to promote safe and sustainable methods of travel.  This work is outlined in our School Travel Plan.  This plan seeks to:

- Improve safety 
- Encourage pupils, parents, carers and staff to walk all or part of the way, or scoot or cycle to school where possible 
- Encourage pupils, parents, carers and staff to use environmentally friendly ways of travelling to school 
- To involve pupils through curriculum in considering the best ways to travel safely and healthily to school.
